Top-up your gas and electricity meter
If you’re on a pay-as-you-go gas or electricity meter with one of our providers, then you can top-up at your nearest Payzone store. Find your nearest store and don’t forget to take your electricity key and/or gas card, along with the amount you want to top up.
Get a replacement key or card
Have you lost or broken your gas key or card? You can get a new one from Payzone retailers who are marked as SuperAgents on our Store Locator. Call your energy provider who will provide you with a code. Then, take the code to your nearest Payzone SuperAgent to get a replacement.
Rent & Council Tax
If you need to pay your rent or council tax, you may be able to make an over-the-counter payment at your local Payzone store.
