Thames Water is live with Payzone!

Payzone is pleased to welcome Thames Water to our growing network! This brand new long-term partnership means that customers can now pay their water bill at a Payzone store. 

What is Thames Water? 

Thames Water is the UK’s biggest water and wastewater services provider. Their key workers provide essential services around the clock to 15 million people across London, the Thames Valley and surrounding areas.   

How Does it Work? 

Thames Water customers can take their card to their nearest Payzone store. The Payzone retailer will process the payment through the Payzone terminal and provide the customer with a receipt.

What Does This Mean For Retailers? 

The brand new service means that from 30th April, Payzone retailers can expect to welcome new customers into their stores. 

Simon Lambert, Commercial Director for Payzone Bill Payments Limited, said: 

“We’re delighted that we can extend our portfolio of utility providers by welcoming Thames Water to our Payzone network. We hope that this partnership will enable Thames Water customers to make payments with convenience and ease at a Payzone store.” 

*Please note that Thames Water customers may come into your store with a payment card without a Payzone logo. This can still be used on a Payzone device.
